UPDATE 18 - Join Us for Our Groundbreaking Ceremony!

Hey all!

I have a major update today! Dave Wenger and I have set a closing date with our lender for the construction loan: Wednesday, October 29. Please be praying that God allows us to close on the loan that day.

Because we have a date for the loan, we are setting a date for our General Contractor to formally begin construction. We are targeting Wednesday, November 5 for them to take over the property and begin work in earnest.

Which leads me to the final date: Liberti is going to have a groundbreaking ceremony! We are going to move our coffee hour after our Sunday service on November 2 to our new building (2531 E Lehigh Ave). Aim to get over there by 11am. We will have a short time of prayer and song, then enjoy Little Susie’s coffee and pies together. You won’t want to miss it! Bring your kids! Get a last look at the empty building and snap your own “Before” photos so you can take your “After” photos once the work is completed.

When you park for the groundbreaking ceremony, please drive northeast to Somerset St, then turn onto Belgrade. There will be plenty of street parking on Belgrade St under the overpass that will put you within one block of the building. (Note that this will always be the best way to park at the building– the neighbors appreciate their spots on Lehigh Ave).

God has been slowly providing bit by bit over nearly two years to bring us to this point. He has been kind in countless ways. Join us for a time of praising him, asking for his blessing, and offering this building up to him again!
