What to Expect
You're probably wondering, what goes on at Liberti Church? It's a great question, and we'd want to know too. Here are some things you can expect when you visit one of our worship services.
COME AS YOU ARE
Don't worry. You are among friends here. We want you to come as you are. Experience Jesus, people who love him, and what it means to follow him. If you're comfortable in t-shirt and jeans, go for it. If you want to wear a suit and tie, that’s fine too. We’re not partial one way or the other. If you aren't sure what you believe, not sure what you believe about "this Jesus guy," or don't even believe like us, we’d still love to have you join us! Read more about our COVID 19 protocols at the bottom of this page.
FAMILIES AND CHILDREN
Everyone of all ages is welcome in our worship services, including your kids! We offer age-appropriate classes by background checked staff, which includes an age-appropriate Bible lesson. You’ll clearly see the kids ministry check-in area as soon as you enter the building at 2038 E. Cumberland Street! Liberti Kids is currently broken up into three different age groups: Newborn-2 years, 3-4 year olds, and K-4th grade. We encourage upper elementary students to join us for the adult worship service. (Although kids of all ages are welcome in the adult worship service if that makes your family more comfortable!) Also, elementary students should join us for Liberti Kids Club on Thursday nights!
Contact Stephen Wood for more information about each of the age groups—she is glad to answer all of your questions!
WHAT HAPPENS HERE
In our worship services, we explain and celebrate what God has done, and is doing, for the world in Jesus Christ. Our Sunday morning services are a little over an hour long and include songs and prayer, responsive readings, teaching from the Bible, and communion. Whether you have been a Christian for some time, or are only beginning to explore Christianity, we would love for you to join us.
